Though the lyrics may be about broken promises and painful breakups, I decided to take it in a more positive direction, where one partner makes a promise and fully intends on keeping it.

For story, the princess came down with a terrible illness that drains its victim of their ability to feel love, and it's up to her magical girlfriend to find a cure... By going into her mind Mario and Luigi: Dream Team style and piecing together the memory of how she got sick in the first place!
